I am age 50 or over. I am interested in contributing to the public good by serving in part-time positions in a nonprofit or public setting. I understand that I will receive a modest stipend, and it’s considered taxable income. I also understand that if I am receiving unemployment benefits, this stipend will likely impact these benefits, and ReServe generally recommends that I register for First Impressions when this is no longer the case. I have a current resume that reflects my professional and/or volunteer experience. I have my own e-mail account and have easy access to a computer. I am comfortable using a computer independently, and have working knowledge of basic office software. For example, I can send and receive e-mail, create documents in Microsoft Word, and conduct research on the internet.
